Bring the boots or shoes you value to the counter. We start with the wear you can see, then look at the sole, heel, stitching, leather and fit together.
Some pairs need a half-resole and heel. Others need conditioning, seam work or a smaller repair. We explain the scope before the item stays with us.
Material limits matter, especially on well-worn leather and expensive dress shoes. We talk through the risk, expected finish, cost, deposit and timing so you can decide whether the work makes sense.
At pickup, look at the finish, height, balance and fit at the counter. If something needs attention, it is better to see it while the repair is still in front of us.
